OOMS (Online Order Management System)

OOMS is an online ordering system developed by CNBLink with the aim to provide an efficient tool connecting host restaurants (which is “Taro Restaurant – Finchley Central” here) and its customers directly. The application is integrated directly into the host restaurant’s website and processes orders and payments. It also enables administrators / authorised user to make changes, review orders / payments and generate customised reports. Please check the product description for more information.

Restaurant Clients (Taro Restaurant – Finchley Central)

CNBLink acts as a technical partner for Taro Restaurant – Finchley Central to facilitate and maintain the online ordering management system. CNBLink fully takes responsibility for the software’s efficient and timely operation. However, CNBLink do not take responsibility for the losses incurred due to issues arisen out of uncontrollable or events outside of our control.

Please seek immediate support with CNBLink if any event of concern arises with the software.

Events Outside Of Our Control

  • Strikes, lock-outs or other adverse industrial action.
  • Riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war or threat of or preparation for war.
  • Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, epidemic of other natural disaster.
  • Impossibility of the use of public or private transport.
  • Impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunication network.
  • The acts, legislation or restriction of any government.

Allegy Information

Taro Restaurant – Finchley Central’s food may contain allergens or traces including Nuts, Celery, Gluten, Lupin, Milk, Mustard, Peanuts, Sesame Seeds, Soya, Sulphites.

It is your responsibility to inform Taro Restaurant – Finchley Central of any dietary requirements before placing your order. Taro Restaurant – Finchley Central should never guarantee that they will be able to provide you service if they think that it is not safe for you.

General Customers / Public (End User)

The legal contract is between you and the restaurant for ordering and supply. We have no control over the actions or omissions of any Restaurant. Please contact the Restaurant for their services about delivery / collection and their terms and condition for the acceptance to honour t he contract. However we encourage all the participating Restaurants to deal with their orders promptly and communicate with the respective customers on timely manner.

Please contact the Restaurant directly for the confirmation of the information and any other query related to its food menu, allergies, prices, VAT, delivery charges and other services provided.

All the copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights in the website and its content including and not limited to its design, texts, graphics, logos, icons, images and all the software, databases and source codes connected with the site, are owned by or licensed to CNBLink.com or otherwise used by CNBLink as permitted by law. Misuse of the website contents such as print, copy, reproduce, republish, modify or re-use the materials from the website in any form for any purposes are prohibited without the written consent of the copyright holder.

Customer Limitation

To use the services you must be over 18 years of age and must be legally capable to get into the contract. CNBLink do not allow users to register for multiple memberships for use by the same person. Violation of this clause may result in suspension or termination of the membership completely. You agree not to impersonate any other person or entity using different names that you are not authorised to use. Customers are not allowed to share their passwords with anyone. CNBLink cannot be held responsible for the results occurred through the usage of your membership.

Complaints and Disputes

CNBLink are not responsible for products and services delivered by Taro Restaurant – Finchley Central Customers should contact Taro Restaurant – Finchley Central directly who are responsible for the delivery of product or services. For example, food ordering complaint should be forwarded to the Taro Restaurant – Finchley Central directly and not to CNBLink. And all the technical issues must be directed to CNBLink by the restaurant client (which is “Taro Restaurant – Finchley Central” here).

Any legal complaints and notices shall be governed by and construed in accordance to the English Law. Disputes arisen due to these shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

Payments and Refunds

CNBLink acts as a mediator to Taro Restaurant – Finchley Central for the collection, processing and maintenance of payments received from the end consumer on behalf of Restaurant – Finchley Central. Any issues related to the payment disputes to be resolved with CNBLink in coordination with Taro Restaurant – Finchley Central directly involved with the transaction.

In the event of failure to honour the order in part of delivery by the restaurant Taro Restaurant – Finchley Central, Taro Restaurant – Finchley Central will be liable to refund the amount to the customer as agreed.
